Thank you, Al Gore, for saving those children from an inevitable death at the hands of ManBearPig. Excelsior!

There was minimal flopping during this game.

I haven’t lived in Milwaukee in ten years, but I would say Badgers (football and basketball) and Packers could sustain a single station by themselves. Obviously the Brewers recent successes and Giannis are bonuses that weren’t a thing when I lived there.

If the Bucks can find another solid player that fits alongside Giannis and Middleton and if Budenholzer is actually a good coach they could hang in there.

But Amaya is the worst. The absolute worst on Legends. I was fine with her being gone. The actress seems lovely and she’s very pretty but the writing for her character is awful.

Because YOU don’t want YOUR heroes to fail. That’s a personal problem for naive idealists; they don’t want to know that their idealism is, in fact, naivete. Idealist Luke Skywalker is what allows the dark side to invade his temple. A cynic is prepared for such a situation, expects it even. But the idealist wants

“Because people don’t want their heroes—-especially fictional ones—-to fail, period.”

Seriously. I’ve never seen the show before, because I don’t have FS1, and because I heard Cowherd on the radio many years ago and have common sense. I couldn’t believe how he was perched up there. It looks like a SNL parody sketch or something.

I bet that team was the Bucks. They recently got burned by some bastard Kidd.

Cain didn’t touch second. That’s the whole point. He stayed in the picture long enough to confuse the defense and head back to first.

Even as displaced Brewers fan, I should probably know this, but what is it with the finger-wagging they all do after every good hit or play? Where did that come from? I’ve tried googling it, but all I get is stories about Rollie Fingers (and don’t even get me started on the fact that if he plays in the ‘82 series, the

Said recently elected RFEF president St. Luis Cardinales, “above everything is acting in the right way”

Maybe this will satisfy

Raisins fucking suck. Case closed.

Since there are only two outcomes in baseball, if you didn’t win a game then you would have lost it.

basically historical vs. prospective views. Historically they’re 5 games above .500 - if any of those teams had lost 5 of the games they actually won, then they’d be .500. prospectively they’re 10 games.
