Wow, this was a fascinating read. The video on the authors website is interesting too. I’ve never played this game but I might have to pick up this book.

In fairness to them, the ace was pretty unlikely. Just because something turns out the way it does, doesn’t make the events leading up to it where, when averaged, the best course of action.
