That happened to me with a redtailed hawk at a bus stop in Charlotte. Just waiting for a bus and then all of a sudden this hawk with about a 4-5 foot wingspan swoops down and murders the fuck out of a squirrel on the other side of the road.
A work truck with locking bed/utility compartments. Nobody suspects the work truck with out-of-state plates because it could be part of a fleet. You can drive any time of day or night and not be suspect because work trucks need to go to work at all hours.
