Having been to New Orleans many times, I concur. New Orleans just has so much fun things to do, whether it’s drinking, eating, entertainment, or amenities. Everyone’s a lot nicer than in, say New York, even if it probably means that they might all be crazy or perpetually drunk. Downside to living near New Orleans is

*deep breath* GUMBO GUMBO GUMBO GUMBO GUMBO GUMBO *pant* GUMBO GUMBO GUMBO GUMB- *passes out*

Weird to say on a video game site, but I loved Mrs. Maisel, about as much as Atlanta and Barry that year. I won't disagree about Bandersnatch, though.

I think all of these broken QBs (Brees, Newton, Foles, Roethlisberger (ew), Luck (physically and emotionally broken before the season started), Manning (ha), and Darnold (stifled laughter)) are a warning from God or whatever deity. He’s/She’s saying, “Hey! Don’t watch the NFL this season! It’s gonna suck mondo ass!

I know! My parents are weirdly hard on Bridgewater, who I thought played OK. No touchdowns, but with that many penalties, drops, and great Rams defense, his passes were pretty good.

Look, I get it. There are some crazy Saints fans (i.e., a lot of my family) that think the NFL is out to get them. I don’t think that. But, you do have to admit that this REALLY sucks, especially in a game with this much heartbreak for the Saints and their fans.

Brees is out. Fuck. This is a Saints fan’s nightmare: Brees hurt, Thomas and Kamara not doing much, and dumb ref calls keeping a close game away.

Shedninja is one of those Pokemon that shows that Game Freak's creativeness didn't run out after Gen I like some people think. I mean, a discarded bug shell that's a ghost? That's pretty awesome, even if a bit niche.

Great to hear that SuperGiant, a developer I rather enjoy, has such great work practices. I wish a lot more AAA game makers would learn workplace lessons from these guys and Motion Twin.

I saw the trailer for this a while back. It’s nice to see games tackle relationships in this way since most games portray romances as either hooking up (like in Bioware games) or the end of a relationship, usually the death of a spouse (in most games with revenge narratives). I also think the gameplay just looks fun

As a Saints fan, I wasn’t even that upset that Watson carved our secondary with his heroics in 13 seconds. I would’ve been fine if the Texans won it like that, considering the Saints arguably didn’t deserve it before the half. I think Watson’s a very talented player that I hope can stay in the NFL for a long time, but

As a Saints fan, this whole game gave me lots of anxiety. I don’t even care about the refs or any of that, I just needed a drink after all of those ups and downs. Watson’s really good, and I hope he stays healthy.

This is really nice. I hope we could get Mario RPGs like this with more dialogue and personality.

I like Banjo & Kazooie’s moveset, because it’s balanced without feeling too pitiful or too powerful, as well as being incredibly faithful to the games. I’ve personally liked all of the DLC fighters so far, except Hero who I feel is unbalanced and overpowered and might also be due to my lack of interest in Dragon Quest.

If I tried to catch it, I would have fumbled it out of my hand and somehow fallen out of the coaster... Stupid slow reflexes...

As a Saints fan, I live in constant anxiety. All of these playoff runs since our Super Bowl run have all been new ways to lose the game at the very last minute in the most stupefying of ways. I was at the preseason game last night (lost 16-13 to the Dolphins) and a lot of what went through my mind while watching Teddy

Super excited for both! I’m glad we’re getting King Knight, because it looks like more than just Shovel Knight but with a paintjob and more like an expansion. Meanwhile, Shovel Knight Dig reminds me a lot of SteamWorld Dig, which is good because those are solid games, but also retaining that Shovel Knight feel of

Sorry to correct, but Princess Mononoke came out in 1997...

I loved Persona 5 and finished it, although I get it with people having problems starting it or finishing it as the beginning and the ending are slow and repetitive.

Probably Super Mario Galaxy 2. Super Mario Galaxy was already a fantastic game, if a bit on the easy side, but Super Mario Galaxy 2 distilled the best bits of Mario levels both linear and open while playing with all of the ideas that Galaxy had provided as well as new tricks of its own. My favorite Mario game with my
