Get Out of Denver. Bob Seger version, although the Blue Traveler one is good too. Mentions cars, in relation to running from the police. Definitely one of those songs that comes on and the next thing you know you’re doing 110mph and not sure how that happened.

Literally didn’t know Tumblr was still a thing.

Neutral: A re-issue of the 1977 Ford LTD Station Wagon in Country Squire trim. Mostly to piss of my brother. I revel in how much he hated that car when he was learning to drive since my dad would only let him drive mom’s car.

I’d guess, but would need a closer look to say for sure, that it needs new leaf springs too.

Basically a HUD, this is pretty nifty. I wasn’t on board with them until I drove a Corvette C6 at high speed and then realized they’re pretty damn useful.

... and giggling.

Did anyone see the original headline and not have the immediate though “I wonder what drug(s) they are on?”

Reading in to the first paragraph may have changed that, but seriously, any celeb that goes to the hospital for any kind of emergency (or “exhaustion”) that’s pretty much the first thought, right?

As of June 26 Xfinity no longer offers free access to Peacock for their customers.

Yeah, I definitely drove through one in early 2003, and there was no fee.  My 1999 Nissan Frontier easily cleared it.

We bought our 2016 SE hatchback (in Kona Blue, objectively the best color) for just over $10k, brand spanking new.

Link is 10 apples in mass, a Smurf is 3 apples tall, can we now finally switch to the Apple system of weights and measures?

I agree with you, but this probably needs to be a multi-pronged solution.  With so many bridges there are bound to be errors in signage and lack of signage that would be low hanging fruit to fix.

This description makes it sound a lot like Harvestella. You know, the one I kept referring to as Stripperella by "accident" to my wife as she was playing it.

I remember my old man explaining to me all the low bridges on the way out to Long Island were to keep the poor people out since busses wouldn’t fit under them. Probably not specifically true, but yeah...

I can’t remember specifically for any bridges in NY, but we have one near us that is 10' 8", marked with a small, dirty stencil directly on the bridge that is *very* easy to miss. No prior indicators, and it is on the far side of a bend making it impossible to see the single lane under the bridge itself until you are

Shinola watches are about a half a step above Invicta. Plus, they were sued for advertising claims on where their watches were made. Just under 50% in Taiwan I think, some Swiss parts, and assembled like a kit in Detroit. Throwing them in to the $15k package is not the Detroit-based flex Chevy is trying to make it out
