There is no lack of firearm training, believe me. In addition to POST-certified academic standards, LE (at least here) has to regularly re-qualify on the range and on “shoot/no-shoot” drills.

It’s not adrenaline or emotional “instability;” it’s muscle memory.

My daughter has type-1 diabetes. There is almost no change in her behavior when her blood sugar goes high.
