A decade ago they were declared a terrorist organization which then means that under US law it allows them to target them. Just like when Obama assassinated Gaddafi this falls under the same US legal allowance.

Assuming Nicaragua and US had same law I’d say if Nicaragua declared the CIA as a terrorist organization in 1985 they *WOULD* have license to kill him under their own law. I’m not making any value judgements about whether or not they should be declared a terrorist organization but that when people say it was illegal…
Hahaha... from these posts you obviously no shit all about laws, particularly what war crimes are. As if threatening was a war crime, damn you are hilariously ignorant.
Very much so!
Since he was the leader of a organization the US declared a terrorist over a decade ago, that means there is a FUCKING LAW that very specifically ALLOWS IT.
I’d say in the context of this article it is immensely meaningful, not on value judgements of whether or not they were terrorists but on what the President can now do. Being a leader of a designated terrorist organization completely changes what he can or can not do, when he has to tell congress, etc.
Was there a reason that in the fog of bullshit article, you didn’t mention that the Quds group he lead has been classified as a terrorist organization since 2007 by the US, Canada, others?
Well Google explicitly said that they received requests to work from somewhere else because of it. There isn’t anything subjective about that, so either it’s true or not. That would be something very obvious in any discovery phase of a lawsuit so I truly believe HR has those explicit complaints on file as any…
What about the part that was intentionally left out, where the people fired doxxed their fellow people who had different views then them. That they actually setup alerts for events added to the calendar’s of the people they were targeting? It got so bad that the targeted people complained to google of harassment and…
I’d say gluten free is a fad this decade, for this reason I have a family member who has full on Celiac and another who from a blood test is shown gluten sensitive. To me the start of a fad means there is a large enough consumer base for it to be marketed to, and everybody starts jumping in gold-rush style. Only in…
I think it’s more that it took them 4+ years to give people what they wanted which in tech terms is an eternity
If their cost of living is 3x less what it is here than sure, because everything is relative.
Actually I believe the requirement to maintain can go on as long as the case is in play (often 5+ years). But in this case it was just 3 weeks:
As tech person, this is something that should never be done. It isn’t her teams role to determine that, if it was think about how easy Phillip Morris could have “deleted emails” they thought weren’t relevant during their tobacco lawsuits, etc.
The California homeless problem isn’t a lack of affordable housing, sure there are the edge cases; but homeless is a MENTAL ISSUE problem and trying to conflate the two is just bad.
The interesting thing is that Amazon still doesn’t make money on what everybody thinks about when they hear Amazon. Their datacenter is what makes them money, shipping trinkets quickly has tiny, tiny margins; but their datacenter has immense margins. To your point, I think Musk is trying to pull a Bezo’s trying to…
And a sexual abuser of a person she had direct power of. Which is the real reason she’s stepping down, but drumming up the whole pictures thing for sympathy.
I’d say there is a pretty significant difference between, paying to have someone buy a private server and put it in your home, install and manage exchange on it, and then when served a subpoena go through and delete emails on that server; and this where where from the article it appears that external people…
The problem with Clinton’s email was deleting the emails after receiving a subpoena. If her team would have simply turned everything over at the beginning, it would have blown over; but no they went through and started deleting emails after being served which any attorney worth their salt would tell you is the…
