It’s still going! I’ve been using myfitnesspal and it’s still working! 15 pound in 40 days. My body has starting adjusting so I really do feel full sooner. I’m also sleeping SO much better. I didn’t realize how crappy my sleep was. I just feel better!

I DO THE SAME THING! The fast majority of my wardrobe is black, and I just have the occasional sweater/shirt that is a color. It makes everything so easy.

Have you heard of the BBC show QI (comedy trivia panel show previously hosted by Stephen Fry)? The podcast is hosted by the researchers for the show and they just share the weird and cool facts they learned that week that aren’t going to make it into the show. It’s surprisingly interesting and funny - like QI.
