I'm not sure what happened to mine but it only lasts a few hours and its completely drained. It's so bad I just leave it in a drawer and use my phone.

You're old fashioned.

I didn't really think about it but yeah my router gets pretty hot. Both my old Airport extreme and my linksys have a really far range and are always warm.

Fan??

You just won the Internet.

Can't be unseen.

In my town I have "high speed" that is around the speed of AT&T's Edge data, and I pay around $45 a month for it. .025 mbps if you don't know how slow Edge is.

Possibly? What I'm saying is the older iOS devices recieved updates that were missing features but still claimed to be the newest iOS, until you noticed what was missing. So, Google could just send out a "new" android version to all old phones that showed as Jelly Bean with missing features and it wouldn't be too far

They just don't want you to know that your mileage drops to about 3 MPG when you floor it.

If you live in an area where they salt the roads, it is a really bad idea to use the parking brake because if the cable has any built up rust it may not release. Many people in my area have that happen.

I may be wrong, but I believe the multiple user accounts was a feature for 4.2. I did not know Lenovo made an android tablet, what do you hate about it?

That must be why most of the apps on my 4.2 phone run fine on my technologically ancient 2.3 one. Yes they probably optimized them, but if it was that hard would they waste that much time for a free app?

They're showing it as if all devices with iOS 6 have the same features. The iPad 2 didn't get Siri along with some other add ons. If that's all it takes to eliminate fragmentation, Google could push a "Jelly Bean" theme to all older phones and suddenly they all have the newest update*!

I haven't seen an Android tablet running Honeycomb since ICS was released, it seems like they made that version very easy to update.

Is it just my slow laptop, or am I seeing little bits of LAG?

Nice.

I've charged my Note 2 using my old flip phone charger, it only puts out ~600 mA and it charged in around 5 hours.

The easiest way would be to look on YouTube and search your phone model followed by the word root. Normally they tell you everything you need to know. If it's working fine the way it is it might be better left alone.

Try searching for a ROM for your model, they have to be special made to each phone type. But yes, if you find the right one, you can update it on your own.

The carrier also has a say in who gets updates. My last phone was able to run 4.0 but the carrier (verizon) didn't allow the update and it was stuck on 2.3. Now I bought an unlocked phone and I get updates through Samsung. Hopefully.
