There are no laws against calling in about perceived criminal activity (no matter how bogus) or a “suspicious” person (no matter how racially biased). People with mental illnesses are really tired of being invoked every time an asshole acts like an asshole.

Um, society and human welfare are supposed to be advancing as humans become more literate, technologically advanced, and slightly more enlightened. A continuing upward curve of income and human welfare is natural given the other factors that are present.
