I really hope the rumor that SP1 is going to be nothing more than a collection of all the updates to date turns out to be unfounded. W7 is great for an initial release from Microsoft, but on my machine at least, it's not remotely as stable as XP SP3 was.

@Maave: Same here! I hate not having the whole album. It might just be related to the kind of music I buy, but I find the old argument that musicians tend to put one or two good songs on an album full of filler to be almost completely unsupported. Maybe that's a top 40 radio hits thing?

The copy and paste thing is just so baffling to me. Why bother including Office doc editing if you can't do something that basic? How do you even use a computer without copy and paste?

@danielvlasoff: I'd think oak aging would raise acidity. Wine, at least, picks up acidic tannins from oak barrels. Seems reasonable tequila would as well.

@danielvlasoff: I know some acids found naturally in a lot of alcoholic drinks will denature milk protein, but I don't know why that would be a sign of low quality. Is good tequila supposed to be less acidic?
