I have never really followed his personal life/descent into madness, so I could see HT as a ridiculous take on everything he's done in the past. This makes it quite clear that's not what was going on.

So I'm starting to get this feeling that Holy Terror was a Mary Sue wish fulfillment story.
Price is certainly not irrelevant for manufactured goods. An iPad is cheap because it's mass produced and not that complex or durable. An aircraft is expensive because it goes through a decade of work before the first one produced, bespoke, for a customer and is expected to work for twenty or thirty years if…
Nekheny is correct, a two hundred million dollar commercial aircraft and a five hundred dollar iPad are not even remotely the same. Everyone in this thread but you is correct, actually.
Hah, that is exactly what I was thinking. If only they had checked that clearing sooner!
I like how everyone arrives from and then departs in every direction, simultaneously. That just makes this for me.
I often forget that literature doesn't include all books. Feels weird, but I guess they have to make themselves feel good about what they do somehow.
I want one of these that is just tentacles. Just a little forest of tentacles reaching out of the beverage.
Damn, I want me some of those rabbits. I'd just put them in my yard and let them eat the neighbors...
I've actually done a lot of reading up on this, thank you. No conclusions jumped to, just acquired through research. Thanks for assuming I'm an idiot, though. Appreciate it.
Its an interesting thing... They're not paying all these people, but they still have to pay for equipment, buildings, space in airports, those shiny new planes... I understand they're losing about twenty million a day. Two weeks and they'll have burned up all of last years profits.
Well, good luck traveling with them. Hopefully they'll still have their excellent safety record after they outsource the majority of their aircraft service work and hire several hundred pilots off the street, if they can survive the transition to a new workforce and the litigation that will come from laying off three…
Worried that the unions were "...trashing our strategy and our brand," Qantas head Alan Joyce claims that the grounding and lockout "...is the fastest way to ensure the airline trashes it's strategy and brand first."
A solution looking for a problem? I've wanted something like this for fifteen years, at least. It's about time they made this solution, as far as I'm concerned.
It is Fall, but the way it's written makes it seem - as amp13 indicates - like they haven't started updating them at all.
Focus owners will be receiving the update this fall? Pretty sure I got mine updated a few weeks ago.
There is never a bad reason to learn a new skill.
Nightstick, huh? I see absolutely no way this could end poorly.
That is a hot mess... It's almost like Apple is turning into Microsoft as Microsoft becomes more like Apple.
