I was never harassed in Paris. Rome, yes. But Paris was okay (Canadian french speaker). Although, I knew a young guy that got scammed pretty hard in the markets in Paris. But he was kind of foolish and was acting full-ignorant-tourist. So keep your head about you and you’ll be fine.
