An X180 or S4 Esprit can easily be found within his budget.

I’ll agree. The new livery isn’t terrible. It’s just incredibly mediocre and uninspired. It looks like an early 90s budget airline. 

Well this is the top of the line fully loaded trim. If you want a cheaper version you can get a cheaper version that is missing some bells and whistles.

Considering the government is only buying the plane, not building it, maybe we should be asking if we can trust private companies to handle health care.
