Hot Ice. It's The Best of Both Worlds!

But you’re assuming that a team that’s trying to build a winner is going to take on the big contract of a player who has a difficult time staying healthy and will retire soon. It’s a waste of a pick to take Hossa and not a younger player.

He’s my favorite fuzzy alligator thing mascot in the city

Maybe he’ll want to pull a Wade Boggs? Hang out with a new team in some warm weather and pound back some beer and chicken. The hawks got him 3 rings and he’s a pretty upstanding guy, maybe they’ll come to an agreement. Who knows. He lives 3 blocks from me, I should go ask him

As a white sox fan, I feel obligated to vote for Clark the Cub, but he pisses off that Billy Cub mascot asshole and that’s funny to me. My friend was the one who got him punching that guy on video.

Shit, it sure feels like Bickell alone makes up 25%. They’re going to have to ask Hossa to waive his NMC. He’s basically a shoo in for the HOF at this point and I can’t see him playing for much longer. Best thing he could do for the team would be to risk himself and protect the younger players. His massive cap hit

Thank you for clarifying.

It’s nice to know that with all the pain and suffering in this world, that there are still some things to smile about.

I would rather ask Seabrook to waive his NMC than take any chance at losing Hjalmarsson. Maybe they’ll be stupid and take Svedberg.

I DON’T LIKE CHANGE

Well yeah, of course. During the late 90s/early 2000s I remember hating the Wings and the Avalanche because it always came down to them. You always want the best team to eventually fail.

I know that players are protected during their first 2 years, but would Panarin technically be in his 3rd at the start of the 2017-2018 season then? If that’s the case, then you’d think they’d protect him over Teuvo. Have to imagine the hawks will want to stay young and protect TVR and maybe let Seabrook and his

Well Bickell is a UFA after this coming season, so he won’t be an issue anymore. If TVR has a productive season, I can see the hawks possibly locking him up with keith and hammer and seeing if anyone will bite on Seabrook, who has started his decline in production pretty early.

I see no scenario that has bowman locking up Teuvo over Panarin. There’s always a question mark when it comes to Teuvo’s effectiveness on the ice. He plays his size and always looks afraid to absorb a hit. He’d rather pass the puck than shoot it in many cases. You don’t get that same feeling from Panarin.

Bickell’s contract ends after this coming season. At that time, he will be brought out to a field, told all about the rabbit farm again, and will be mercifully put down.

I agree with you, but Panarin would be a 3rd year player at that point wouldn’t he? If that’s the case, then obviously they’d protect him over Teuvo. Pokka would be protected as a 2nd year player. I feel like any GM that’s watched Svedberg play wouldn’t waste a valuable pick on him, massive guy with zero physicality.

1. It is nicer than the United Center.

He is easily the most frustrating player on the team to watch though. He has so much skill, but plays scared. I’d be more worried about Ville Pokka being taken. He is due to arrive this year and Keith, Hjalmarsson, and Seabrook will most likely be the 3 D-men locked up. Unless they like what they see with Pokka next

Counter Point.
