Agree with this 100%. Not for the hardcore, but for most people/applications it is just fine. I like the "one-in, one-out" earbud setup so I can still get lost in the audio without losing awareness of my surroundings. It's good for background music in the noisy office.
PSA: Can't wait for Netflix? It's available on Hulu Plus right now. If you really want to see the subtle off-white coloring, tasteful thickness, and watermark right away.
Just be sure that you use a waterproof writing medium. I one accidentally used a water soluble paint to do a gift jar with a nice caesar salad recipe on it. Wash it once and 'oops, gone.'

Unmentioned is the ability for Windows 8 users to have a Windows 8 style mode that looks more like Chrome OS. I have been unable to get this to work though. I think it has to do with hardware acceleration, but I haven't been able to fix it yet. :'(
