Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill is an underrated great Marvel character, so commanding and no-bullshit. She has been in six Marvel movies (the Avengers movies, Captain America: Winter Soldier, the new Spider-Man) and Agents of SHIELD (where she really did not like Ward—good call there.)
