This is why I stick to my local coffee shop which is run by a family of unnaturally good looking eastern Europeans. They are so chill, coffee is great, they never lose their shit even when crazy homeless mofos come in demanding water and to use the bathroom.
Costumer service in NYC is almost always pretty deplorable. People everywhere give you attitude for almost nothing. It’s like they hate their lives and you, when honestly, everybody has stress built up from their own jobs and life. We all can’t go out there screaming at people.
