It would be clunky but a chrome cast (like) USB device could receive input via WiFi from the undocked switch, so the signal can be patched through the dock, to the tv via the HDMI.

The dock is just a piece of plastic with cable pass-throughs. No real tech in there to wirelessly accept anything.

As several have already pointed out, Vita game cases are about as wasteful, give or take a centimeter of height. But hey, any excuse to shit on Nintendo, right?

Nintendo probably realizes making them smaller would associate them with the handheld market, and as they are aggressively positioning the Switch as a home console, they probably opted to keep them bigger in line with home-console game boxes.

We just don’t agree. I’m with some of the other folks commenting here that believe the thing keeping bigotry alive are the people who insist on being outraged by it, especially in cases like this when people take offense to things that are clearly meant as satire. I appreciate your stance; mine is just very different.

I don’t think Ocarina of Time is overrated. I think it’s a remarkable game. But in 2017, it no longer has the same “holy shit video games can DO this?” power that it did in 1998.
