I hate being a negative nancy but teachers are severely constrained by what happens outside of the classroom...you can’t teach a kid who’s in the emergency room on life support due to a stray bullet

i feel like this a little much...they clearly aren’t the most powerful people on earth...the lessons they will learn in this class will do nothing for them if subsequent teachers don’t build on those lessons and even if they get lucky and that happens...they’re still facing a racist job market

i guess i get what you are saying but her monster verse isn’t that great and has kanYe’s fingerprints all over it....compare her see them from a mile away-type punchlines (a YM trait) to Lupe, who layers his lyrics and metaphors over verses, songs, and albums
