@Will Van Halen: I don't think there's anything new about the RB3 drums over the Beatles kit other than the cosmetic changes, so if you can find the cymbals, you'll want to pick them up.

@Will Van Halen: RB enthusiasts, high five! I'm planning on getting the Squier Strat, and I have the Beatles kit too. When you say the RB3 Cymbals are different, surely my RB2 Cymbals will work in RB3? I mean, they work in RB2 & Beatles...

@Will Van Halen: They have released the cymbals over here [www.amazon.co.uk] but of course they'll only work with a RB2 or newer drum kit, and they never released the RB2 instruments here - so unless you've got the RB: Beatles kit, you're outta luck.

@Carlanga: I think you've missed an important point here - the social aspect of Rock Band. I never liked GH much as a single player game, and it was only when I played it with friends that I really enjoyed it. Now that I've been playing it for 4 years, I've hit that point on the difficulty curve that most of the songs

To the people suggesting that the with/without HDR screens are mislabeled: please note that HDR refers specifically to things that actually have a high dynamic range. Note that essentially all displays and photographs are Low Dynamic Range.
