Have you seen the state of software patents? The image is the least of the problems. The general incredibly vague patents are a huge problem in all aspects of software and design is a minor part.

In fairness in the UK T-Mobile are the one network I've used that I've never had any issues with. Just been with them 2 years, good signal in most places, no dropped calls etc due to the merger you can piggyback on the Orange network meaning even better signal now than before, clear pricing etc.

It is from a store in the UK (£ sign on one of the posters) where all the networks sell iPhones.
