The 0.8-L three-cylinder engine in my ex-fiancee’s Daewoo Matiz was weak, a displeasure to drive, and required some creative clutching to keep from stalling (though I think the latter was more of an issue with the maintenance she didn’t do). 0-100 kph in 17 s. Woof.
