In Jason X, he destroyed an entire space station/city which supposedly (according to the writer) had 200,009 people on board, but I’m not sure if we’re counting offscreen “potential” kills (or Jason X in general).

How exactly did he “ruin” the movies that he was in that weren’t already ruined by the scripts and direction? 

This seems off-brand for Blumhouse. Moving into indie-drama territory, or is there some horror twist not in the description?

I was familiar with the “it’s all a dream” trope in other media at the time (including video games - heck SMB 2 US used it), but the ending still hit me hard, because the world itself felt lived in, with actual good people existing, as opposed to SMB 2’s land of just a bunch monsters to throw vegetables at. Range is overrated if you’re good/entertaining within that narrow range.

It’s also a movie that’s incredibly faithful to its source material - it cuts the “book editor cutting down the original” conceit for obvious reasons and condenses a little bit, but it sticks close to the book. So I’m not really sure how a remake could be anything other than a retread unless they take the opposite…

Given the non-MST3K version, her willingness to remove her top was probably a factor of her getting hired beyond her (lack of) acting skills.

I found out that weird tidbit a few months back when I rewatched the Deathstalker MST3K episode and did a typical “where are they now?” search on actors involved and found out about her being an ambassador (based on zero qualifications over then Trump loyalty). Bizarre.

Devastating. His music and lyrics mean so much to me. RIP.
