Oooooo, baby! I didn’t know what to expect from Gorr the God Butcher, but that was fantastic! I can definitely see/hear Christian Bale in there, but the look and the cinematography around him were choice. Hot damn that’s a creepy character. 

Great news! I loved the first game. In my old age, I’ve found I really like pedantic video games. I spent hours in the first game just gathering all the materials needed to build all the roads, then just driving my truck on those roads as I made deliveries. That was the bee’s knees!

My favorite part about this is that the actual Justice Department press release mentions in its list of perps that he is the Red Power Ranger.

Wonky CGI aside, I think this is a good first look. I liked the sense of humor and the overall feel. The premise should be a lot of fun, too. I’m all for non-superhero uses of superheroes.
