The audience seemed pretty split (in the ways that they were laughing/cheering against the rules). So it wasn’t the worst, in that respect. Just kind of neutral. I don’t think we need to forever be in the mode that nothing she does can be good enough. She beat his ass; he’s not going to do better; he HAS to do better to win.

I mean, he probably learned the lesson that he needs to prepare for debates*, but I think you’re totally wrong on this. I mean, not only does she have the material to win, she has the demeanor. Both of those are things he’s not going to master in the next couple of weeks.
