Not disagreeing, but couldn’t you derive even more joy by watching something spoiler free then rewatching to pick apart the creator’s methodology? That to mean seems like a way to double your enjoyment.

One study is not exactly “science shows”, and even if it were, it certainly wouldn’t mean that “all people everywhere enjoy stories more if they get any and all spoilers first.”
