I have trouble believing that average connection speed, all respect to the Wiki. However, I could be guilty of thinking China couldn’t possibly have a more wired, or better wired, infrastructure than North America. After all, it takes a lot of cable to surveil all those people!

Could not agree more. A friend had one of the ultra-luxe versions, and while it was absolutely beautiful and had some very cool features (the back window rolled down completely, which I thought was great), it was massively expensive and a gas-guzzler beyond all reason.
