It’s not just you. She’s repeating patterns of poor choices. I think she needs some counselling, but until she realises that for herself, there’s not much anyone can do except help her to get up when she falls.

Unfortunately, you can’t fix people’s poor life choices. You don’t have to nod along with those poor choices, either. She might carry on in spite of your disapproval, but if she starts to have doubts herself, then your voice will reinforce those doubts.
