I actually think the shaming in situations like this is a good thing. There is something called social influence/pressure. People don’t behave nicely just to obey the law, they want others to view them as good people. They also don’t want to be embarrassed or viewed negatively by others for bad behavior.

I want to know what is up with the Hawks this year? I have been talking about this all year, it is incredibly common for them to allow a goal withing a minute or two of scoring a goal.

What? I thought it was a bad game to watch. It was fast but it was a lot of bad hockey. It seemed like a record number of missed and bad passes for both teams.

I’m still trying to get over the idea that someone actually came up with the term hypermiled.

How was the reliability of the Freestyle for you? Did you have the sorts of issues I am having?

No, she was just convinced that she knew what was best for everyone at all times. She was well meaning, but stuff like this was a common theme.

Thanks!

Our goals with this channel are the same goals we have for the website:

Yeah, but life goes on. One of these days I am going to buy and restore a 240z. With college coming up for my kids that might have to wait another 10 years or so.

OK. But talking to my older relatives, in the 60’s and 70’s stuff always broke on new cars in the first week or two. That early trip to the dealership was viewed as a visit to fix broken handle. locks, etc, not an oil change.

I never played XCOM so maybe I will start there instead.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. Sounds like I will give it a try. I might also look up some strategy guides to help me as well.

Yeah, my dad left me all his hunting gear and guns when he died. As I had young kids at the time (and lived 700 miles away) my mom said it would be fine to leave the gun safe and guns at her house. They were in a storage room that only my dad used so they were not in the way at all.

It’s not like they were only building 100 cars a year. They were building millions of cars, just not all for the US. Look at what a US News report said about US vs foreign car quality in 2009.

The only new car I ever purchased was a 93 Tercel. Never repaired a thin on it. Sold it around 1999 to a pizza delivery guy in our neighborhood. Totally nice guy paid cash.

Not really the same, but my first car was a Datsun 240z. My cousin who was about 20 years older then me had one and he was the original owner. We really bonded over that car.

Have you made it clear in the ads that you do not offer financing?

Drat, I got here after the “It all about the graphics, not about the content” crowd.

Why so angry? I have had two outbacks and kept both till almost 200k miles.

Question, how do you think this game would be for someone who has limited gaming time?
