+1 for maths, but you seem like you have a bone to pick with consumer reports....
Had a Saab 900 with the ignition down in the center by the cup holders. I'm pretty sure standard equipment in that car is a tube of lock graphite.
I've honestly just taken alot of pride from reading your post. You seem like a guy whose shifted a gear or two on many a transmission, so to hear that the one I put up with for years was in fact the worst you've ever driven, makes me feel like I've seen some things.
Literally worked for a guy who would pay me to drive his car, then keep driving after he got dropped off somewhere until he was done.
I was technically a "consultant", in reality I would up taking notes and driving a Nissan......
Probably because he didn't actually defraud them yet.
I can't help but consider that you may think these people also drive on pavement occasionally.

Concerning your first paragraph: Isn't the point though that people CAN grasp things without having to experience them? I won't argue that a judge with a heap of bad traffic experiences during his prosecutorial days prior to judgeship wouldn't play into his/her decision making, or vice versa, but I still don't see how…
Judicial activism is arguably 'making rules', or modifying them, or even aborting them outright. This is not an issue of setting precedents IMO.
I'm not sure I entirely agree with the notion of "If you haven't been stopped by cops you think they only stop bad people." >DHS is running out of money
>About to go broke with all this congressional bs in the works
>Someone tucked away in the purchasing section of DHS, wondering how he'll meet his quotas for new vehicle purchases without spending anything
>"Seize ALL the rovers!"
>Crush one on youtube, drive the rest around
If it was a big bag of coins and he worked at the mint but also happened to take the mint to the moon on saturdays then yes, I too would be alright with it.
There is literally a truck in your truck. Your truck eats smaller, weaker trucks.
2 men are in a race, only one of them gets to face the direction of travel.
+1
I fear the day that any degree of my automotive struggles or hardships show up on the internet, to be smashed and tormented by the hordes of angry car enthusiasts we lovingly call friends (or strangers on the internet whom we have little to no real interaction with..... either or.)
Yes, we're all bound by the laws of physics (sometimes unfortunate)
If you're an authority on vehicle handling physics and it's correlation to driver ability, forgive me, because I'm not.......
