I can get good regular coffee lots of other places, or even make it at home pretty damn simply. It’s much more of a pain in the ass for me to make a fancy frozen drink, so if I’m going out to pay for coffee, I’ll get one of those.

I truly don’t know what some people expect from this show. Do they want it to end with the whole precinct guillotined for being fascist running dogs while everyone else soberly discusses police abolition? It’s 30 Rock/Parks and Rec with cops, it is not that deep.

Honestly, I highly doubt they’re gonna say anything productive. Maybe some neoliberal spiel about “reforms” and that the good cops can take care of the bad. The show as designed just isn’t equipped to actually look at the systemic problems of policing with any real solutions.

Steam player counts are laughable considering this is perhaps the most popular franchise on the planet.  I’m frankly surprised they’re dumping anymore work into this game at all.

Try as I might, I just cannot get back into the game. I really enjoyed the whole single player campaign portion, but once I was done, the actual gameplay has just become tedious and not fun.  It is so repetitive, and the loot in the game is not appealing in any way. 

I bought this day of release, and I couldn’t give a shit about this news.  All goodwill lost.  It’s honestly astounding.

Ok, so today I learned it was/is bad to make fun of Rebecca Black, because it was mean but also more importantly there’s now someone new to make fun of.

I was reading all the nitpicking and moaning at the beginning of the review waiting for “...but none of that matters, because actually playing this dual-stick shooter is a REVELATION” but instead it’s “...but none of that matters, because if you stand on this balcony it’s VERY PRETTY.”

TL;DR - The game doesn’t play great, the loot doesn’t do anything, the leveling mechanics don’t operate intuitively, the map sucks, upgrading weapons is arbitrarily difficult, and all of this may just actually blow up your Xbox for all we know. I get the point the headline is trying to make but if you’re going to go there, just say the queen really hates all kids. The baby born to a rich woman and a Royal is going to face the least amount of the consequences of climate change compared to the rest of us. 

If the headline is actually in reference to Archie, then it’s one of the most oblique references I’ve ever read.
