I’m rubber, you’re glue...

I took a large bite out of a block of cheddar cheese, leaving the rest of the block in the fridge with a noticeable half-moon bite mark.

For some reason “The Thaw” has always stood out to me as being one of the better Voyager episodes, in the top 3 even. Maybe it was Michael McKean’s performance wherein I felt like he was giving 100% to playing the part as intended and not phoning it in because it was just a one-ep guest spot on some silly scifi

It’s not lupus. It’s never lupus.

One should always call gorillas whatever the gorillas wish to be called.

I was about to type out a comment while shaking my head and rolling my eyes, but you got it covered with that last sentence.

Repent, sinner. As penance for your failing you must watch the entire White Rabbit Project series thrice with the pilot episode of The Great Escapists watched once before each run.

Oh my. You’ve chosen the wrong A/C delete video. This one is the best, and possibly the best of all time, because of the infinitely quotable scream of warning from an observer at 30-39s and the subsequent reply of “effit” which can’t be heard but can be clearly seen.

Fake! Just look at the way that thing moves. That’s a normal car with the video running at double speed. We’ve seen those same effects in tv shows since the 60's. They even use the same corny jet sounds as it blows by the camera, they couldn’t even be bothered to make up new stuff. It’s pathetic.

If there’s a line straddler in a prime spot and your car is small enough to get in the space beside them without becoming a straddler yourself, you must take the space. Even if it means there’s barely enough space between you to slide a sheet of paper, you must teach them a lesson. If someone doesn’t then they’ll

Don’t race for the spot. If you know someone else saw the spot and they’re gunning for it, just let them have it. The extra 10 steps the next spot that opens up is going to cost you isn’t worth hitting someone because you’re trying to get there first.

I used to be a proponent of this position. But then I read a lot - a truly astounding amount - of comments from people saying it was their job to round these things up and it was the best part of their day, so the longer they’re out there the better. I still take my cart to the corral because I’m that guy, but I no

That Aixam Mega Track just screams rally car. I’d love to see it at a Dakar.

So if you’re just interested to learn a language just for the sake of learning, Duolingo. If you want to learn because you need to be able to speak it at some point, like visiting a country where it is the native language, then Babbel.

I love this idea but I have a problem. The air fryer I use smokes and burns any time we cook something that likes to spit and spatter, like bacon. I think it has an exposed element up top, kind of like it is a little broiler with a fan.

Ooooohh! T Dee Bank.

For MO you’ll have a much better time going to the Mark Twain National Forest and state parks. Mark Twain is actually broken up into several large areas across the south half of the state so you’re spoiled for choice on what to do. Easy hikes in dense forest, swimming in crystal clear cool rocky rivers and streams,

They’re at least as valid as Fayetteville, which is nearly as far as you can go NW and still be in AR. Buffalo River is at least somewhat centrally located E-W even if still as far N as Fayettville.
