The fact that Paramount would rather have an IP which they own hosted on a competing streaming service demonstrates just how little I know or will ever understand about this business.

More Trek, please.

That’s, almost verbatim, what my son said. (He’s 19).

The Dune series gets less and less filmable as it goes on. I’m excited to see the God Emperor killing Jason Momoa over and over and over again.

I desperately want Goddard to finally get his crack at a Marvel thing, but it looks like Lin is the frontrunner. I can’t say that’s exciting to me, but as long as Lin is bringing more of the Star Trek Beyond energy and way, way less of the Fast/Furious energy, I could see it working.

And just like in the Dune Universe, nothing bad will ever come from it......

Good for him!

Figures the Chinese would make a movie about a killer pangolin since they kill thousands of them a year for traditional medicine.

Based on her public persona, this sounds completely on brand.

Going to be a short movie. Romero fans know to go for the head.

Now that, I’d read. I had absolutely no interest in Rebel Wilson until I heard about all this.

Fingering the Assholes of Hollywood,  the Rebel Wilson story

i don’t have many celebrity stories, but Rebel Wilson once got a friend of mine fired from a cafe, after baiting them into shit-talking the job - then immediately “hilariously” telling the boss what they said. SBC sucks but, well, i ain’t lining up to read this book

that girl seems to have a lot of butt fingering stories

Having a “no assholes” policy might make it a short list of people in Hollywood one can work with.

Arguably, the people pushing the slide shows on us and the authors aren’t quite human.

But humans invented slideshows, so it’s debatable

Yeah maybe she was just being specific?

“She also said at the time that Cohen encouraged her to put her finger up his butt in the film’s final scene...”

Sort of like anyone I know who was declared themselves as ‘hating drama’ have been the most insufferably dramatic people I’ve ever known.
