That’s the same with adults, too. Due to there not being any character customisation, there’s no randomised facial proportions to pull from (like with a Bioware or Bethesda game).

The Witcher 3 probably has the best that I can think of.
Not really. Everyone is different, reason for investing time like that could be anything.
That’s the thing, it likely wasn’t all bad though.
That’s assuming that they didn’t have a lot of fun or get a lot of enjoyment out of those 700 hours.
You don’t have to hate a game to not recommend it. You can actually have taken some enjoyment out of it, but overall, you may still not recommend it.
To be honest, they’re probably the best qualified to make that call.
That’s a pretty solid 4.
I’d play this. DOTA 2 plays well. Just the people who play it are terrible. It’d be okay if I could avoid anyone who is under 30.
No, not great. Fortunately the game was released in the West, and on PC as well as PS4. So although the Japanese sales are poor, globally it is believed to have done okay.
Japan has become a pretty rough place for any non-mobile game not named Monster Hunter.
Kingdom Under Fire.
I think The Witcher 3 set the bar of what to expect from a sprawling open world RPG from a quality perspective, and only did so further with how they managed post-release updates and DLC.
Right, but what’s your point? That fact should mean people shouldn’t voice any criticism?
I don’t think that’s the case.
Who is doing that exactly? Have you never seen the hammering everyone gets when it comes to poor pricing on DLC and such? It’s not new at all. Just that it’s new for Nintendo.
That second helping had better be worth $20, because this has ‘free update’ printed all over it going by today’s standards.
Yeah, and it’s always shit and Nintendo shouldn’t be exempt from criticism if it looks like a pretty weak offering.
Yeah, seems pretty light. Most are quality of life fixes. Not really something you’d consider as DLC. Unless it’s free.
I would be fascinated to know the percentage of buyers of this (and the other New 2DS units), who are already 3DS/2DS owners.
