What is funny is that people pay $400 for a framerate bump all the time on PC.

I use it on my 3DS and Vita to log in to guest wi-fi and agree to their terms. Not being able to do that on the Switch could be an issue; I planned on hitting Starbucks and playing a little Splatoon or Mario Kart on my lunch breaks. Hopefully they’ll get some sort of rudimentary web browser up soon.
and you think that’s a good sign? Launch Zelda game cant do 60fps. What will it be like in 5 years?
Not even remotely close to the XB1. It’s more like a newer Nividia Shield Tablet with a docking station. In tablet mode it runs in 720p and most games will be locked at 30fps. Even in console mode its 900p upscaled. The Switch is what happens when you put the Wiiu inside the tablet controller.
This is patently untrue. The Switch has HALF the RAM of the Xbox one. It has half the CPU cores of an Xbox One. It shares VRAM. And that’s before we start discussing on-board storage, etc. It feels more “on par” with an Xbox 360 (still somewhat of an accomplishment for a ‘mobile’ device) than an Xbox One.
Being the next step in gaming doesnt mean hes going to port anything to it. Hes just refering to the concept of your games being with you anywhere. The way he was using it before was by sharing your save file between your console and portable that had the same games. That’s why the Switch is the next step because the…
If you can’t see why a review based on watching a Let’s Play makes you and this site seem like a goddamn joke I can’t help you.
Well if we are so bored we want to get all Xbot about it, technically PS has been doing custom wallpapers since 2007.....So it only took Xbox almost 10 years to catch up.
And what’s better than that punchline is, which of the two systems is on top now? :D
Wow - I can’t believe that something happened before something else happened.
The launch model has 3.0 just didn’t have any reason to use 3.0 devices until now
Just long press the center button of the DualShock and choose ‘Close apps’ or something like this.
What are you guys talking about? Can’t you close the application by holding down the PS button and selecting “close application”? I’ve always done it that way, I don’t think any app has an exit feature, the delete option is for uninstalling it.... am I missing something?
I’m defending the boss fights, they were really cool. There’s an obvious one that has issues but reviews are too harsh on it.
It’s definitely the one with the best chance at it.
There is no “vr part “the whole game is vr. As Heather wrote in part 1 of this article the whole game has a first person perspective so have fun.
Based on what I’m reading on reddit.com/r/psvr people are having extremely positive experience with the game in VR, some going as far to say it’s finally the killer app that PSVR has been waiting for.
I wish there was more info on the VR part of the game available, heck, anywhere. I only found one full-VR review online, and that’s a real shame. I’ve been playing VR-only so far, on original PS4, for about 3 hours total, and it’s been an absolute blast.
Resident Evil 6 logo was funny, this one here for 7 is just grasping at straws.
Yeah, I’m not seeing it. They colored over the logo and erased some small parts to get it to look like this. By this standard we could make all kinds of stuff look dumb.
