It’s a perfectly adequate game, it’s just not a great game. It’s hard to like Deek, the structure is derivative and repetitive and the story has been overdone elsewhere.

For a brief moment my brain replaced “Arrival” with “Pinnacle Station” because the latter is the obvious one to skip.

Counter point, don’t skip Arrival. There noting inherently wrong with the DLC, it introduces a dilemma that forces you to make a difficult decision between two awful outcomes (something that would invariably happen in this conflict), establishes why Sheppard is not in command of the Normandy at the beginning of ME3,

When Black and other marginalized authors are given even half of the chance white writers are, then we can talk about the idea that people can write against their experience. Until then I struggle with the idea that privileged white writers can tap into the empathy needed to write those stories.

Why can’t the character be a black woman because they want it to be? I don’t see people claiming that all the boring ass white dudes in games need to have cultural justification.

So I guess we should give them a gold star for trying, is that what you’re saying?

Except Twitch’s track record for dealing with anti-black slurs is terrible, meanwhile they are all over cracker. Think about the implications of that.

Except cracker isn’t a slur, despite how much the fragile whites want to argue it is.

Mystery, or are they still workshopping a title? Probably the latter.

Agreed, I feel like almost anything that doesn’t click with someone when playing Hollow Knight can be rectified with the right charm, which makes the game fantastically flexible and customizable.

When I realized that it prioritizes multiplayer and I had to wait to play the campaign I went to my PC and streamed it. But like you, I did think it odd that you can’t stream it on the Xbox while you download the game. Maybe they worry the experience will be poor while you use bandwidth to download a few GB of install

I can think of much better ways to rig up a Switch in a van than this.

I think it looks uncanny AF, but that’s just me.

Although USB transfer of photos by USB is nice, my favourite way to grab stills and clips is via the Xbox companion app on my phone. It’s significantly convenient. I’ve very happy that Sony added this to the PS App for PS5 captures. In my opinion it was the one thing I really felt I needed from the PS5 and it’s nice

Your inability to actually read and understand the nuance of the text means you’re taking the text at face value rather than understanding its discourse. You are confusing the events and outcomes of the text with the message of the text. Gi-hun wins precisely because the show is making a comment about privilege. I

My colleague bought it to lay Genshin Impact and has apparently only played that one game on the PS5 to-date.

Not going to claim I’m surprised. Holiday 2021 seemed like a long shot to begin with.

I’d argue this is deeply reductive reading of the show. It also says to me that you are too focused on the surface text of the character representations, without understanding the subtext of the show. You assume that Han Mi-nyeo’s behaviours are all indicators of the fact that she is fundamentally flawed from the

This seems like a fundamental misunderstanding of text versus subtext. The elements that bother you are the things the show is critiquing. It’s making points about societal structures that allow for someone like Seong Gi-hun to triumph over people who arguably were better suited to win, including Kang Sae-byeok. The

The most reliable way to get them is to visit Kapp’n’s island. Without time travelling I now have all the vegetables, just from visiting the new islands. I even bought some from Leif and realized I didn’t need to because I immediately found them on the islands I visited. purchasing them from Leif will take much longer
