Well, that depends on your particular brand of evangelical philosophy. About 1/3 of the do not believe in “replacement theology” (the OT is irrevelant). They believe the OT is simply the portion of the Bible written before the life of Jesus and the Laws were never meant to be replaced. There is a lot of solid logic…

This happened very close to me, so we’ve had a lot of news items about this case. I’m glad this poor woman finally caught a break because:

He clearly doesn’t read himself (he’s proudly admitted that several times in the past), and since he cannot visualize or have any sort of empathy for others I doubt he has ever considered the possibility that most people DO.

In past elections it seemed the media was often hesitant to call out a candidate on lying unless it was a huge freakin’ whopper. Trump lies so profusely that even FOX, the blessed Church of All Things Republican, has had no choice but to report them. It is hard to get through the news day anymore without reading…

We finally heard this morning. One couple is sailing off Sweden, the other family decided to stay home in Copenhagen this year. We’re so relieved!
We’re still waiting to hear from 2 families, close friends we share a small place with up above Nice near Falicone. One of those families is usually there this time of year and certainly would have gone down to town for the fireworks....
This is just so sad. The Mister I just played two concerts a few blocks from there yesterday. We parked near the courthouse. It is normally a quiet, summer touristy kind of town where we enjoy the occasional weekend gig. St. Joe does have it’s share of crime but not on this scale.
