2099 is still my favorite Spider-Man after Parker. I would straight up murder a hobo for a Miguel film.

The best adaptation of the original story to this day. Even with the campy 90s-ness.

At least we’ll always have ‘92 X-Men’s Phoenix Saga.

The only good thing about this clip is how fucking well McAvoy mirrors Patrick Steward’s speech pattern.

I’m just glad Red Lotus has a chance to play himself for a change.

All of the secret Hydra agents got one over on Fury.

What if Fury is an illusion too?

Well, in Chicago, the fans said “No more.” Jar Jar actor Ahmed Best showed up to celebrate that film’s 20th anniversary and was cheered louder than anyone.

Not even Nicole Kidman? Damn.

Ah Mac Maron the famous rapper

And I’d love to see that guy that was in the Shining take a turn as the aging Batman.

Just gave me an idea:

Spends the first 30 minutes talking about his ferrets

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this movie will be terrible because every attempt to explain anything about the Joker has only served to make him less interesting.

I love Phoenix but Heath Ledger ruined the joker for me.

Ah yes, Marc Maron’s less famous brother.

Yeah...they were...not great, to say the least, which is a real shame because the 90s had a great run of Spider-man comics. There was plenty of good source material to draw from...sigh....let’s just marathon the Evil Dead movies and pretend things like Spider-Man 3 never happened, k?

Ok, I’ll admit it: y’all were right about this movie. For half a year I read all these glowing articles about it, how it was just perfect and the best representation of Spiderman ever. Didn’t go to see it- being a cynical sumbitch, I just figured surely it couldn’t be THAT good.

That proposed Doc Oc line is a throwback to Spider-Man 2: “The power of the sun in the palm of my hand.” It doesn’t end well for Doc O then....
