Putin isn’t mentally stable, he’s a psychopath who can’t be bothered to mimic human behavior. He doesn’t need to Tweet at his enemies, he goes right from feeling offended to murder.

Please do not exaggerate. Trump is a crass buffoon. The list of journalists and critics murdered by Putin (who also controlled Medvedyev) is shocking and horrifying. This does not include those who have been jailed indefinitely or tortured. People are routinely disappeared.
