Honestly, if someone is sexually assaulting you (and yeah, slapping someone's genitals is sexual assault), I think you have a pass to react defensively.

"Sex" while drunk is rape because no one can reasonably consent. Not talking about few-beers drunk, talking about blackout, incoherent drunk. If you think that isn't a thing that happens, I'm happy you've never had to experience it.
