Could not? You admitted you didn’t follow Minecraft. The java version keeps in pace with the bedrock version. This map is a 10th anniversary celebration. The people who bought it 10 years ago can’t experience this map without buying the game again and/or upgrading their systems.

No, see, the first one is free. That’s how they get you hooked.

Except the Java version is still being kept up to date alongside the bedrock edition, and has far superior mod support. Welcome to PC gaming, this is nothing like consoles.

Windows 7, but a rough windows 7. The point you’re arguing against is that people who supported the game at release who aren’t upgrading their OS (*and buying the game again*) can’t enjoy this 10th anniversary map. That’s pretty crappy.

You are correct.

Upgrading to windows 10 would cripple my computer in terms of performance. Feel free to validate your smug comment by paying for my hardware upgrades, please.

This is definitely why I don’t play modern minecraft. What the heck, Todd? My computer isn’t going to upgrade the OS any time soon.

There were a LOT of little jokes that made me laugh for real, so this episode rose up the ranks for me.

Oh wow. This reminds me of downloading music sheet sin order to create recreations of video game music in All Points Bulletin.

Yup! In fact, this was even a thing back in the WC3 days. There was a mod that let you change the models/textures for the game specifically to be used for the DotA map. It’s entirely client-side

I’ve gotta give it to Allison. When I think pizza, I think of all the great toppings, but I *always* put some valentina hot sauce on there.

LiLi was definitely how I got introduced into the game. She’s amazing to learn the ebb and flow of a match, with most of her abilities not requiring targets.

Ooof, that update. There’s no way this wasn’t intentional in some regard, seeing the cards makes it really obvious. When ONLY those cards have little nooks, and the nooks are in a different place depending on the card? Nah.

god dammit. not you, jim.

Anyone who has any interest in meta stuff like this has to play OneShot. Seriously, it’s absolutely fantastic. I could gush about the things it has you do, but that would spoil the surprise.

Psi-Ops and Second Sight were very similar, but I always loved Psi-Ops more.

I’ll watch it on plex someday. Don’t wanna give Jim Carrey money, but the movie looks... Fun?

Playing FF9 on steam, and I can’t believe how I put up with no checkpoints as a kid. With a mod making the game harder, not having to rely on save points when losing to a boss is amazing.

I have a funny feeling you haven’t “tasted” Dougie Ford’s Buck-A-Beer.
