For the plural form of most nouns, just add an “s.” “Pumas,” “humans,” etc. Apostrophes are for possessives, and contractions. :-)

I would guess it’s because Gyllenhaal is the star, so they centered him on the poster, and his name is listed first left-to-right.

I think you mean “make,” instead of “model,” when referring to Harleys in the first paragraph. Although that does make me wonder whether other models in the H-D lineup would be better for police duty than the biggest models.
