It’ll be the same game. Like they have time to make two! A little sharper on the PS4, but otherwise there shouldn’t be any major differences.
Maybe my opinion would change if I ever get to visit Japan, but these don’t look haunting at all to me. Each of this photos are so full of character.

It was released on PS2, like Final Fantasy X, which got a remaster for the PS3. It isn’t inconcievable that it could be for PS3 as well as PS4, but I suppose they’d rather consolidate their efforts on one console rather than deal with the PS3's unique architechture.
