I was able to do a sprint a few years back and my work out regiment was 5 days a week for Tri Training and maybe a 6th for strength. If you are just starting out train for continuous minutes spent on the exercise and increase your minutes each week. This program was very manageable for me at least.

I always take a video of the entire apartment before leaving for vacation. I will typically narrate while taking the video notting things of importance and value. I can always pull out a single frame of the stove or of a valuable item.

Exterior Shot to save time? That is called lazy film making. Having people move about this ship give us perspective that we can attempt to relate to. People doing things is interesting to me at least.
