That’s like saying “how to switch from Porsche to Kia”

I spent much of Friday putting things in carts and not buying.

I got a copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider for PS4 to go with my still-shrinkwrapped copy of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition I picked up Black Friday 2015. I played it on 360 and LOVED it, and really want to get caught up, maybe I’ll play them one day.

Didn’t have to work retail for the first time in fifteen years, so I stayed home and away from all you crazy folks.

Added probably close to $1000 worth of stuff to various shopping carts over the weekend. Ended up only pulling the trigger on a $15 fleece and $70 worth of steam games (down from the $150 originally in my

And that’s a complaint going back to the original SW Battlefront games; I think it was EGM who said controlling characters in those games felt like controlling action figures. There’s a real lack of heft and feedback to the action, which isn’t crippling, but can be disorienting.

“I should add that I am already heavily invested in the MS/Xbox ecosystem.”

Really? faster load times are what do it for you?

Yeah, well, that’s just, like, your opinion, man.

I guess? I mean, that’s what it seems like? Unless getting punched in the groin is suddenly a good thing.

So, are they insinuating buying an Xbox One X is the same as being punched in the balls?

I’ve bought the Spigen thin cases for the past few years and love them. Thin enough that they don’t take away from the phone’s design much or add bulk, but enough protection to keep them from shattering. Had every iPhone since the 4s and have never even cracked a screen so knock on wood I guess.

Definitely not the former (yet), very possibly the latter. My guess is they’re building a fanbase and brand so that they can generate interest from sponsors.

Modern visuals - make everything dark as shit. Have you ever tried to play a game with the logo ‘just barely visible’, like recommended? It’s a fucking joke!

No, they’re trying to reproduce the real event.

Though, I prefer the breakdown over the video. I’d rather read then watch some doofus making goofy expressions with ear splitting background music. Usually the video is way too long in getting the point across.

I don’t get why I should care what I look like when I finish a triathlon - for me it’s more the journey than the destination; although I’ll be honest I’ve never downloaded/purchased any race photos from any of the the events I do.

I refuse to believe that that’s not Kit Harington.

When I was a kid, I was not allowed to watch TV or play NES during the week at all, and on the weekends, only for the an amount of time equivalent to the period I had spent reading a book before starting to play.

All the apps in the world doesn’t stop someone from holding their camera phone with the wrong orientation.
