Not even Z900s but look at the smaller bikes. MT07, Z650, Z400, Ninja 400, Duke 390, CB500, CB300R. There are many choices that aren’t 180hp liter bikes that the author just ignores.

Porsche GT3/Boxster Spyder/Cayman GT4/Evora 400; and all of the used options on the market. I’d also rather have a manual and know that the top tier is not an option. I’m ok with that. As of now, I can’t afford one anyway.

Are you sure the Livewire is an attempt to attract younger buyers to HD? A $30,000 electric motorcycle which costs more than just about everything in the HD range? 

VW’s plaid cloth seats are luxuries to me for the simple facts that I think they look better and know they fell better than their leather option. I’m also someone who would like more automakers to offer a nice cloth option but it seems the general population equates any type of leather with luxury.

Just under 19k sounds high for the car you’re looking at. 

It’s not just crossovers and pickups. It’s vehicles  in general, especially luxury marques. I see guys do the same with motorcycles.

This is a fully loaded truck. You probably wouldn’t purchase a fully loaded one. Also, the monroney is a lie. You won’t pay anywhere close to sticker. It’s not for everyone but a one year old one would be idea for me.
