Yeah, I saw them when they were touring to support this record, in Portland, Maine of all places. They were super nice, and stuck around to take a picture with me and the friend that I went with. The whole album cranks. 

Drew, you dork, you. The best Ash song off of ‘Free All Angels’ is track 2, ‘Burn Baby Burn’. Moves a long, has a pretty cool little solo in the middle, and the video wasn’t half-bad, either. But like Eric up there, I, too, am a member of our neighborhood Facebook group. It’s full of old pieces of shit complaining…

‘Martyrs’ was pretty great, so was ‘Frontier(s)‘.  But ‘Haute Tension’ doesn’t hold up at all after the first viewing. As soon as they hit you with the reveal, you’re like, “Well that’s sort of interesting, but HOW DOES IT FUCKING WORK AT ALL?”

And that they hate him for writing it because it was so good.

I’m sure Price is going to end up in the same boat eventually. But I’d rather have some post-season success rather than a first ballot HoF’er.
