Musk is obviously trying to recoup the money he squandered buying Twitter.

Musk is actively diverting resources to other entities and screaming about needing to be “gifted” more shares to hold his interest.

People keep relying on Tesla’s “technology” to justify the stock price, but I’m still confused what technology Tesla has that other OEM’s don’t.

There is tons of R&D that is incredibly valuable that isn’t patentable, but potentially has value on the market if they’d been allowed to continue operations or divest assets on a longer timeline. The underlying suit included a claim that Zunum had to cease operations “due to Boeing-caused capital starvation.”

I am looking forward to finding out what trade secrets they thought they had and why they didn’t file for patent protection for those ideas.

Because nothing would make this guy happier than to be able to post a video to his YouTube channel titled: “The cops crushed my car and made me film it.”

This guy has been claiming that his social media income paid for the car. He also told police when he was ticketed that he was going to keep on doing it because he was making so much money. He’s an absolute ass.

He didn’t stop driving the car, under court order. He didn’t un-modify his exhaust, per court order. If you think he’s going to pay this fine under court order, I have Death Valley fishing gear to sell ya.

I think you’re greatly over estimating how much low level “influencers” and wannabe social media “celebrities” make.

Spoiler Alert:  CEOs don’t know shit about what’s actually going on in their companies.  None of them.  They get reports from people who get reports from people who do actual work.  They’re so many levels removed that the details are all, invariably, lost.

He’s also failing all of them by being stark raving insane, but that’s a different matter.

I’m sorry, but it’s simply not possible for 1 person to do CEO-level work at six companies simultaneously.  He’s clearly figurehead CEO at several, but even then, there’s just no way 1 person can be properly up-to-date on the important metrics at so many companies at once.  He’s basically failing all of them by trying…

I have found that the used car market is slow to drop pricing in the midwest anyway. In looking for a couple kinds of vehicles, prices are still 30% too high for me given the miles and condition. I’m not buying as a result.

I’d concentrate on just accepting the fact you are likely going to have to look at a lot of vehicle. While it’s important to focus on models known to be reliable, it’s also important to try to suss out a seller that cared for their vehicle vs one that didn’t. It’s just a lot harder to do that than look at only…
