I really needed the boost today, thank you. Funniest thing I’ve read all week.

Listen, if you’re looking for a point to this post, you ain’t gonna find it”

Definitely cool to see how far it’s come, easy to forget. You kept track of expenses or tell yourself the age old wisdom of “if I don’t add it up it wasn’t that much.”?

Whelp we told the cops not to do it, so surely they won’t!”

No, it’s pretty terrible.

1st gear: It’s tough and I agree the different severities of recalls makes it tough. But I don’t like the “can’t register car with open recall” idea, for what I recently experienced: my Metris cargo van has an open recall because the GVWR sticker is technically wrong, and there is still no ETA on getting the label.

My knowledge of law is pitiful at best, so maybe there’s something to the Twitter lawsuit. But “illegal boycott” is my new favorite phrase, since no is required to give your company money. Surely suing advertisers (less than a year after telling them to “go fuck themselves” if they didn’t want to use Twitter) will

Today I learned, thank you!

Huh, I don’t know if I’ve heard the term triple-square used. I probably have, but I would’ve called it a 12 point bolt. Just an observation.

As an X-Runner owner, I approve.

I did a motorcycle tour last month and one of the guides was also a YCRS instructor/employee. I’m give him credit for talking up the school without sounding like a salesman or being pushy. A couple people on the tour had also done the course and felt they got a lot out of it. My wife did her MSF course this year and I

I wonder how much detriment the long flat-out sections would be to range. Much higher speeds than the Silverstone National layout, and for much longer. I’m also curious how much drag is reduced turning the fans off.

Wow the smart decisions continue, can’t believe they are still having so much trouble. It’s truly hard to fathom.

Their design language is too consistent; they all look like Veyron refreshes, a la the Corvette.

Possible, probable even. But I also believe enough shareholders worship the shit stains in his toilet bowl and will vote for whatever he asks.

I know it’s not a sports car but luxury vehicles should be making more than 240 hp. Maybe the hybrid aspect gives it a little more poke but it’s still a pretty sad number.

Well, some things have changed. In 2018 when the package was approved, shares were ~$20, then peaked at over $400 near the end of 2021, and has basically fallen ever since. Musk bought Twitter and his true colors have shown more and more. Whether that last bit matters is the question.

I used to think that there was no way anyone would vote to approve the package. But then I saw comment on another article that many Tesla shareholders are probably Musk sycophants so who knows. I don’t know the investor spread, how much is held by institutions vs individuals, how many people actually care, etc. I

The Global News articles mentions that it was the OPP in Lambton County that launched the investigation, and the next paragraph states the distance to it. So I guess that was their logic?
